Dollar Tree has disposable, aluminum pie pans.
Hummm...vegan quiche...kind of an oxymoron...good challenge though. I like the potato crust idea. Regular pie crust would work if you use Crisco and no butter. Field Roast puts out a good, vegan, Italian sausage for a filling. Mushrooms would also be good. Sausage AND mushrooms would be great! Field Roast and Follow Your Heart put out good, vegan cheeses/chao. Look for them in the vegetable section. Let us know how it works out.
