There is a part number listed here, but says it is no longer available. It's about halfway down the page. Looks like a non-branded generic part.

https://www.singeronline.com/noname2.html does not list a 5102. They do have a free technical support phone number listed at the top of the page. This needle plate may be what you need. It came up when I did a search but it's odd that they don't list a 5102.
