Taking Apart Fiddlebase and Painting It
I purchased a fiddlebase (Model 12) to restore. This is a new venture for me. I'm looking on the internet for videos and write ups to get ideas and helps. I'd like to correspond with someone who has done this before to ask questions. If you have done this can you send me a message?
My latest question is to figure out how to remove the rear slide plate. I've put penetrating oil on it from the top and underside and tried tapping it out but it won't budge.
