Custom quilts is about the only way to go these days since there are so many quilters. People simply don't believe what it cost to make a quilt, plus the hours we put into the work. I have no idea what you are asking for your quilts, but perhaps you should try to have a special sale and lower the price a bit or offer free shipping.
