The tolerances are pretty tight in the needle/hook area, the slightest bend or incorrect installation of a part can cause such problems.
Ive been doing some tinkering as well as using a new needle and the up cycle now completes however when I tried to stitch a piece of fabric and in the bottom of it the stitches get tangled up and they’re not connected
