baby quilt
I could wait to show this one. It's not quilted yet. It is all from my stash. I cut apart the panel and tested several different fabrics with it. The green was perfect for it but it looked so plain, so I looked at the built in designs on my machine. I combined the vine with 2 copies of the raw edge applique flowers. It stitched them all out but the strips between the rows was so plain. I found 2 packages of the ric rac and it was perfect!!! I'm not sure what the backing or binding will be so any suggestions are welcome. P.S. I plan to go stash shopping again tomorrow so I may find something there that will work. What do you think about a purple for the binding?
