I have two toy poodles - Jingleberry and Mistyblue, both 15 yr.s old, a large outside dog, Henry,11 - 12yr.s old we saved from an older couple who couldn't take care of him and got him no med.s for worms that ate the lining of his tummy, cost me several hundreds to get him fixed up,shots,neuter,tailed bobbed,he chewed on it,he was about 1-1/2 to 2 Yr.s old- 4 cats, Scaredy Cat 14,Midnight-9,Herbie-9 and /Scammy-3 and a Cockatiel, Suky-17 Mos. None sleep with us, I can't sleep crowded. Poodles sleep in crates next to me, cats sleep in my sewing room, to keep them from getting into stuff. Henry has a pen W/Concrete floor, weather protected,dog house -heated in winter,put him up a fan in the summer, in shade and coolest part of a large yard. He has his own fenced yard, don't trust him around the poodles. He doesn't like other dogs, previous owners had him tied up a road away from everything and everybody, fed when they felt like walking back there.
I always say when I die, if I come back as an animal I hope I get me for an owner. HaHa
