Today was my first day in a college classroom since February 2020. It was thrilling and the anticipation kept me up last night along with the Blue Moon. I tip toed out in my robe and bare feet to see the moon lighting up my neighborhood about 1:30am. I hope no one was watching the person in the shadows gazing at the heavens.
I then returned to my condo and started daydreaming about what my day would be like. Loved interacting with the students again and renewing conversations with colleagues from my pre-retirement days. Yeah, one day down and about 26 more to go between September and December!
I started a new quilt using my 2.5's this afternoon following the Lori Hold pattern recommended a couple weeks ago, Criss Crossed Stars (
