After google image searching, it looks almost identical to a Universal De Luxe! The back has a plate that says Made in Japan by Koyo, for Centennial series. It has the model # 1704. It's running and I ordered the pedal so we will see how if that works. I found a Centennial manual online that's similar, I'll have to search for Universal now! I will probably have to take to be serviced, a couple of things are not working quite right and I think it needs a new belt. The one it has is fine but a million years old. Thanks for the help!
