I'm a sucker for buying those big bags of cauliflower chunks at Costco and not getting through the bag in a timely manner. Now I just saute some onions, add chicken broth and dump the bag (and any broccoli if there's that, too) and pressure cook for long enough to thoroughly cook the veggies. Then I stir, add milk, salt & pepper, and have a yummy pot of soup. Sometimes I also add shredded cheese or just garnish it with shredded cheese. Like you say, it's in the broth.
