Corpus had 66% cloud coverage. This pic was captured when clouds thinned out enough to see with naked eye. Eventually, they thinned enough to use the special glassed. Ring of Fire was very cool!
I was still caring for Mom when DD called and said she could see "a bite out of the sun". She was closer to the coast, and I think less cloud coverage. And she thanked me for the glasses.
