Had some kind of stroke (doesn't show up on the MRI) in July, so not feeling like I'm good at anything right now.

I'm good at dreaming up new projects. I'm even pretty good at starting them.
I'm bad a finishing projects.
I'm absolutely terrible at keeping things neat and tidy.
