Apple Crisp
My favorite Apple Crisp recipe seems to have disappeared.
Would you please post your Apple Crisp recipe - the crust has old-fashioned rolled oats, brown sugar, butter, flour, and a touch of salt.
I do not remember the proportions.
I plan to use a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

Also - can you leave the peels on? Or does it turn out better using peeled apples?
