2 parts water and 1 part vodka works to add body to fabric and takes out deep wrinkles. I keep a mister of it on my ironing table. Also I use Downy Wrinkle Releaser a lot as a starch. I have on my ironing rack:

I can compare all of them anytime. Terial is the best for stiffness. Any of the fabric sprays do the same job, the starches do a
good job of starching.
