Is the course you are asking about the one on the Sew Steady website for Sew Steady University? That course uses the Janet Collins Ruler Design book but the description of course states the book is included in digital form. If you go to YouTube and watch this video

I did this quilt in a class at my LQS and it is a great way to learn the starter set of rulers. Link to my posting after I finished this quilt.
