SusieQOH, I am so glad that life is settling down a bit. We all have times and seasons but it sure does mess with our sewing plans when those seasons happen. Enjoy your new candy.

I found a back for the Checkerboard Chain. Whoo Hoo!! The one I had in mind from my stash was just a smidge too small. I will use it for another baby quilt this year I am sure. So I used a gift certificate from a local shop to get a good back. They had a 50% off sale so, I got what I needed and left with $$ in my pocket for another time.
