Welcome, that is a nice machine. I don't have a cabinet like that, but from my understanding there is a cable or rope that is attached that will left the machine when you open the top. While it is a different cabinet, I think it would work the same. If you look at about the 36 second mark at this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=heoioK7FXL4 you can kind of see it at the back of the cabinet. I'm thinking that there is probably some type of stop at the end of where the cable goes and another that is attached to the bottom of the board that the machine is sitting in.
