I really like that they have the groovy boards. And I liked that I could get a HQ 16 and use it right away, and THEN upgrade to the computerized part of it.

Does anyone have thoughts or other options I should consider. I just want to be sure I'm not missing alternatives and though I would come to the experts to be informed.

Have you checked out the Nolting Mid and Long Arm Machines? Have tested several @ various Shows, and these were by far the best (other than high end Gammil Statler's -but who has $30K lying around for one of those??)
