Onebygone, I agree they don't last forever and I have found some at our local thrift shop. Will check with Ebay for the 2 DVDs that won't play for me any longer. I have one VHS that has never been made into a DVD called 1,000 Heros about the airplane crash up near the 4 corners of Iowa,NE, SD and MI where the folks on the plane started coming out of the corn fields. Charleston Heston played the pilot. James Coburn and a couple other main actors were in the movie. I still have a combo VHS/DVD player just for that reason.
Someone told me just yesterday that VHS are coming back now. Go FIgure!
