While I had my vintage machine set up for zigzag, I made some franken-batting... multiple times I tasked myself why I was doing it. Main answer is that the blocks I'm suing were thrift store blocks to start with and the batting got moved with me so I might as well.
I'm not being very productive right now, both in terms of quilting and stuff in general. The original vision appointment I made would have been last week, but the specialist left the practice. Still have to wait until July 5. After 5 years or so of pretty stable vision, this is hitting me hard and I'm starting to flounder... still will have to wait 1-2 weeks after appoint for contacts to arrive and am expecting to need prescription readers and distance glasses both
