- slice longways to make 3 pieces
- season-pepper, salt, garlic, paprika?
- cover each piece with a slice of bacon
- tie one end
- braid
- tie other end
- brown on all sides
- bake at 350 for 20 min
- slice about 2 inches thick to preserve the braid
