My DH, in his true, competitive spirit, took all of my spring cucumber starts and planted them in HIS garden. (I don't need to explain why we have two, separate gardens.) OK...he wins...whatever that's worth. Every day, he proudly slaps 5, or 6 cukes on the table and expects me to do something with them. I've made pickles, of course, which he does not eat, cucumber salad, which he kind of ate, and now I've made Grated Carrot & Cucumber Salad, which he'd better eat.
I might try that cucumber bread recipe that was posted in another thread.
Does anyone have any more cucumber recipes?
