Does anyone know of a fabric company that will try to match fabric from a scrap that is sent to them? I heard of one years ago that would do this but I cannot remember which company it was. I decided to change how I was putting a border on a quilt and do not have enough of the fabric to finish it. I need to match a solid maroon/garnet color that I started using in the sashing of blocks in the body of the quilt and blocks in the border. I can’t find anything close in my LQSs. You could try missingfabric.com. You send them a picture of the fabric you are looking for and they put it on their website. Anyone who has it or knows where to get it can contact you directly.
