I did have problems with the Taffy version of the quick quilt. My browser protections wouldn't let me do the downloads but the Speedy Baby 2 (same thing) worked just fine.
Tomorrow is my group day -- although I have pulled quite a bit of fabric, I am going to ask the group what their issues might be. I can't help with lack of interest or time, but I can help with patterns/inspiration and fabric, and maybe batting. I have the financial ability to buy a roll of batting to use, usually so much more economical than individual batts. Some organizations are very specific that they want all cotton -- other groups prefer poly batts.
