Have had a rough couple of mental health days. This time of year with all my fall allergies depression just rocks me without any forewarning. Recognized it this year and have been laying low, listening to music and just trying to stay even. Think it is behind me now and poor hubby can start to breath again.
Praying for you Terriamn, I have a niece having issues with mental health. I see the struggles in her all the time.
