While working on Elizabeth Hartman's dinosaur pattern, there were lots of stitch and flip, very tiny ones even. I just don't care for tiny little pieces is all. Never gave it much thought about stitch and flip. Most of those I trimmed off, I made into HST to be used somewhere else. In fact the largest ones ended up on the extra wide sash I added to the quilt to make it fit better on the boy's bed. The tiniest ones I did stitch into HST but realized once they were stitched to something else, there wouldn't be much left of them so I actually tossed them.
