I agree completely with lindaschipper. (Maybe all Linda's think alike?) The corners don't wind up exactly square when I fold and flip. I look for alternative ways to do this every time.
I have that same problem. I try to make larger units and cut down it possible, but it isn't always. I may have to try one of the rulers and see if that makes it easier
