I tried reduce images.com and it reduced the picture to 134kb - the original picture was less than 400 kb, but the upload failed again. I definitely appreciate the suggestions and will keep trying. I reached out to a fabric shop where I buy fabric and she emailed a link to a Pinterest photo:

I contacted the lady that hosted the quilt along in 2022 and she has a book out with the block in it - it is called "Right and Left". I think I can figure out the block, but I just don't know what she was trying to do with the blocks she had made up. Plus the fabric she has cut out doesn't go together to make the same block. I think I will just make up a design with what she has and send it to her and hope she likes it. Thank you for all the help! Much appreciated!
