I found a recipe a couple years ago that I've become very fond of. It uses cabbage, carrots, pinieapple chunks and sunflower seeds with a mayo based dressing.
Whisk together in a bowl:2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon celery seeds
Salt, to taste
