Yes, I do concur. There seems to be two cleats on opposite ends of the belt that have a copper cleat mixed in with the steel ones. I somehow recall that these were intended to be timing marks and that on the bottom one of the copper cleats had to be set just below the flat of the bottom shaft and I can't recall what the top mark was to be aligned with. On mine, the cleats don't line up so I think that at some point in my machine's life someone fooled with the belt and didn't install it correctly. The timing of the machine is fine, it works perfectly, but the marks on the cleats don't seem to relate to anything. I'll have to have a better look and see if there is anything that the marked cleats relate to.
