Back in July I saw
this top completed by cassewell and fell in love with it. I had accumulated some solid scraps, and found that I already had the pattern, saved from a website, but had forgotten about it. I changed the borders, adding the narrow multi-colored one and the staggered flying geese to make a larger quilt. I also went for a brighter palette, using quilting cotton rather than flannel. Quilted on my Innova longarm.
