Good afternoon! I'm in my sewing room cutting a project for next week's retreat and decided to go ahead and start this thread. It's a paper pieced pattern (Little Firecracker by Jean Impey for Hoffman). There is lots of cutting. Plus I have to tape together four pieces of paper sixteen times. Lots of fun! When I'm done with that, I am taking a class on 11/20, Hot and Heavy by Annie and there is prework for that class. After that, I'll return to quilting and binding the stack of tops on the railing. I finished five since the last VQW so am slowly making progress. Of course, I made more tops in that time too!
So what are all of you planning for the weekend?
Next month's VQW will be December 13-15, 2024.
