thank you very much for responding. There are several areas that are giving me trouble, missing stitches only going one way when the machine is in motion. What upsets me is that this was not a cheap machine but when I Made the payment The salesman disappeared. Very upsetting. I am going to try a couple of other sewing machine stores in Venice and Sarasota, Florida to see if someone can help me.
