Howdy folks! I've spent the last couple of days pre-washing. The melon fabric and the back coordinating stripe were both decor fabrics 50" wide. There is no maker info on the selvedge or registration dots to help match the pattern but that's my task for today at sewing group, matching the ins and outs of the stripes to sew the back together.

I'm pretty happy still with my main colors, but I am taking a look again at my neutrals. Not sure if the bright white on whites will work, or if I should go more creamy... so one last pull of fabrics before I fully commit. Good news is that I should have plenty of off whites, not cream on cream, but plenty of light patterned, including some of the Civil War fabrics I collected. Will still have enough of them for project made entirely of period fabric.
