Thanks, Buckeye. That is much the way I look at it. If I purchased the fabric and did not use it, well move it on and allow someone else to enjoy it or to have a warm snuggle from a quilt. So much of what I have is donated to me. Just this morning I was given a bag of scraps of Fig Tree fabric. Enough for a quilt? Well maybe not but pretty close if I was making a baby sized quilt. I also try to take advantage of bargain tables and give away tables to find what I need or what sparks creativity. In like manner, I donate plenty of my stash to others on those bargain tables so they can partake in my bounty and blessings.

I plan to dig a little deeper and keep making those quick tops to clear out more from my pre-cut stash. I went through a phase where pre-cuts seemed to dominate my purchases but then just sat prettily on the shelf. Now off they go as tops, fingers crossed in the new year.
