I did not use frozen coconut because I had no idea that was even a thing. I just bought regular flaked coconut.
The cake did smell amazing while it was baking. I wrapped the layers and put them in the freezer so I could ice it tonight, but we had a change in plans and ended up not getting home til almost midnight so I will ice it tomorrow (hopefully). My sister was supposed to come for supper tonight and ended up not being able to, so we don’t really need the cake. But I’ll force myself to eat it 🤣🤣🤣
