Don't add cranberries to Molasses Cookies. The sweet from the cookie made the crans taste not sweet.
Also, not making the carrot cake, subbing pumpkin for carrots, again. Moist, but needed more spices, for me.
Today's experiment was going to sub pumpkin for banana in the Hummingbird Cake recipe, but it is close to the carrot cake, so not gonna try it today.
I remember adding cranberries to my pumpkin bread recipe one year. I think I'll do that today.
