can't sew over diagonal seams on Janome MC 6700P with professional plate
I've been sewing these seams fine on a cheap domestic, vintage singer and a juki with zero issue but it's just jamming no matter what tension I use on the new janome with this particular foot and plate.
It runs fine over 4 flat layers (same amount as the diagonal) it's just sticking once it hits the diagonal. Starting further down and backstitching jams it too.
Any thoughts to fix it?
