I understand the Quilts of Gee's Bend book selling for a lot. It isn't a quilting book. They are big coffee table art books. I've seen the ones that were signed by all the ladies who contributed sell for $500. First editions sell for a lot too, as always. Twelve hundred is a bit much but then you might get lucky and snag someone. You never know.
