Thanks for your help. What I ended up doing was press both the back and the front. I started with the center and worked out to the edges. I then re-sprayed the area I missed earlier. I laid it flat on the bed in my spare room, where it wouldn't get folded again or draped over anything. I'm going to quilt it today and turn it in at January Guild meeting (it's not a large quilt.).
