Amazon.com sells the same block. This is an older pattern and it may be hard to track down unless you keep your eye on ebay.
Hopefully, someone in here has it and is willing to give it up to you. if you do a search in here (quiltingboard) for "Carousel Quilt" you can find some of the threads that discussed it back in the day.
Carousel Quilt(s) is a good thread. The author that started the thread may be the producer of the pattern. HIs signature line at the bottom of his initial thread gives you his website. I couldn't get connected to the website so I don't know if it is still active.
The pattern looks pretty easy if you like to do fusible applique.
Pick your fabrics colors and then track down patterns with the traceable applique. Fuse the applique and then have fun quilting!
