It looks like Quiltaddict hasn't been on QB for several months. I believe that Quiltaddict used some of the patterns by Donna Robertson's 3 yard quilts at least for inspiration. I think it might be Topsy Turvy from Fabric Cafe Arcade Pattern 3 Yard Quilt Pattern for Kids which is no longer available from
