Be sure to separate eggs and beat whites until very stiff. Then add yolks one at a time beating well. You can add flavoring such as vanilla or lemon zest. Beat sugar in well and add cornstarch last. I have also seen other recipes and baking time varies so be sure to test before removing from oven. Don't mean to impose on your recipe but I am sure the beating of the egg whites is very important.
