I don't give fabric/quilt/craft shops a second chance at customer service especially when other fabric shops and Hobby Lobby craft, and Michaels are just as close to me.
We actually have none of those (and I don't live in a rural area), plus I won't shop at Hobby Lobby. JoAnn was supposed to open about 1/2 hour away this spring, but it looks like that won't happen now. I have to mail order all fabrics and supplies unless I want to drive 1 1/2 hours.
