As I've mentioned, I try out many books over a year and sometimes have them on hold for quite awhile before they get to me. My latest "surprise" hold turned out to be fascinating. Very different than my usual choices, first off and primarily, I don't do much war stuff. The Illusionist is a non-fiction book that reads like a story about "military deception" in the 2nd WW. It is not comedy nor is it horribly brutal. It was fun to listen to and I liked the "after the story" updates on the major characters.
