I agree with cjsews that it is a Snowball Nine Patch quilt and it being about the color placement. There is one that is similar color-wise, except black instead of white shown on quilterscache.com. I think it is on page 3 that gives measurements for four blocks. The instructions for it start at https://www.quilterscache.com/S/Snow...atchBlock.html It sure makes a difference as to what colors/fabric are used. You will find some images of quilts made using the pattern on the quilterscache page 2. I also did a search for Snowball Nine Patch to see a lot of different looking ones based on fabric chosen. I think there are a couple of two color patterns on etsy. I think one may be Nine Patch Snowball. I also found a black and white drawing for 9 blocks that one could color in at https://www.pinterest.com/pin/377598749984111356/
