I don't know the name, if there is one, but this is how I see it. It can be looked at as one block that consists of 3 HST's across and 4 down (so 12 HST's total). Half of the blocks are actually flipped left to right. Planning the coloring is the hard part. What I would probably do is make the 24 scrappy HST's for each color, figure out where I wanted the colors to go, and then construct the blocks. It's not set on point.
