I have implant dentures that are not removable. The most important thing is the lab that fits and makes the dentures. Just like any company these days, there are good ones and just make it and go ones. I would recommend seeing a maxilofacial dentist that mostly does reconstructive dental for implant dentures, you can be assured the best lab will be used and the fit will feel natural.
