Would you believe I just got a reply to my email to WalMart. Talk about a "canned" response. First of all the reply started, "Dear Thomas". Well I signed the correspondence K. Burns and it came from my personal email, burnsk@... So I'm curious how they came up with the name "Thomas".
I'm on my way out the door for dinner but will post it here later on tonight. Curious to know if anyone else gets a response and if it's the same.
