I just wish my table would stay clean and organized longer! Having a longer cutting table means I just shift things to the end I'm not using. Until it builds up to the point that I am forced to clean it up again. I have tried to retrain my brain to do things differently to no avail so far. Maybe I should buy a shorter cutting table. LOL
